†Since the lid remains on the oven for the entire cooking time, meats are more succulent and juicy from the steam within the oven.
†A turkey roasted in this roaster will be moist and delicious, but the skin will not be crispy unless the poultry is finished in a conventional oven for the last 15 to 20 minutes of cooking.
†The outside of this electric roaster gets hot. Use caution around the oven and hot pads or oven mitts when taking off the lid.
†This is a large portable oven that requires a substantial amount of storage area.

Unplug and enable the roaster oven to cool before washing. In warm soapy water, wash the lid, insert pan, and rack. For tough, burnt-on food, add warm soapy water to the pan and allow it to soak before scouring with a plastic scrubbing pad. Use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the oven. Dry all pieces completely prior to reassembling.

To prevent discoloration, do not wash any pieces of this portable oven in the dishwasher.
