Nowadays we are all trying to save some money and be more energy efficient. For many, when the cold season comes around, that thought goes out the window because we are trying to stay warm. Experts say you can save hundreds of dollars during the winter if you turn your thermostat down to 68 degrees or lower. This temperature is not comfortable for many people. Many times an office building has set regulations about the temperature.
